No Smoking indoors. No excessive noise especially after 22h00 and before 8h00. Please respect our neighbours. No undeclared guests, parties or events allowed. Please treat our property with respect at all times. Please report any damages. Check out time @10h00. Please close all windows and doors and activate the alarm when you leave. You can also leave your leftovers that you don't want to take back home in the fridge.
