The house accommodates up to 6 guests in 3 comfortably furnished bedrooms. The main bedroom features a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom, complete with a full bathroom. The second bedroom has a double bed, and the third bedroom features 2 single beds. These bedrooms share a full bathroom fitted with a bath, a shower over the bath, a toilet, and a wash basin, ensuring comfort and privacy for all guests. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, with a fridge-freezer, deep freezer, stove, oven, microwave, tea- and coffee-making facilities, and a washing machine. The living and dining area features comfortable seating in front of the TV and fireplace, an 8-seater dining table, and a built-in braai area. The house opens onto a charming covered patio with views over the farm, and a farm dam is available for swimming. House rules

# HOUSE RULES 1. Smoking is prohibited indoors. 2. Lock the house when you leave and put the key back under the rock at the gate. 3. The gate of the game camp must remain closed at all times. 4. No fires are allowed on the wooden deck. 5. Pets are not allowed on the beds or couches. 6. Ensure the rug is far from the fireplace when making a fire. 7. Walking and cycling are prohibited in the camp due to buffalo. (It is safe to walk or cycle outside the game camp on the farm.) 8. Swimming in the dam is at your own risk. 9. If there is more than one vehicle or family, arrange gate access times in advance. Note: There is no cell phone signal at the house.
