Christi-Lue Villa is a spacious self-catering holiday home in the heart of Krugersdorp. It is conveniently close to the Krugersdorp Game Reserve, the Cradle of Humankind and Sterkfontein Caves. This property can accommodate a total of 4 guests at a time and comprises 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The first 2 bedrooms are each furnished with a three quarter bed; The third bedroom contains a queen-size bed and have a on suite his and hers shower. The open-plan living area features a kitchen fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery and crockery as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities. Leading from the kitchen is a lounge with comfy seating and a Smart flat-screen TV. Access to free Wi-Fi is available. Outside, there is a spacious garden with braai facilities, which is an ideal spot for a sundowner while the fire is burning. Guests are afforded secure parking on the property.

CHRISTI-LUE VILLA HOUSE RULES & TERMS OF STAY Your Home Away From Home Dear Valued Guest, Thank you for choosing Christi-Lue Villa. We are committed to making your stay comfortable, peaceful and memorable. We hope you enjoy your stay in our little piece of paradise. Please familiarise yourself with our house rules to ensure a pleasant experience for everyone. By occupying Christi-Lue Villa, guests acknowledge and agree to comply with the following house rules. 1. BOOKING, PAYMENT & OCCUPANCY 1. Payment Full payment is required before collection of the keys. No refunds will be issued for early departures. 2. Maximum Occupancy Christi-Lue Villa accommodates a maximum of four (4) guests, including children of all ages. Additional guests are not permitted without prior approval. Unauthorised occupants may be required to leave immediately, or the booking may be cancelled without a refund. 3. Check-in Check-in is from 14:00. Earlier check-in may be accommodated by prior arrangement, subject to availability. 4. Check-out Check-out is strictly by 10:00. Late check-out may incur additional charges unless previously arranged with the owners. 5. Key Collection and Return Keys must be collected from and returned to: 7 Palmer Street, Dan Pienaarville, Krugersdorp. Alternative arrangements may be made directly with the owners. 6. Lost Keys and Damaged Locks Guests are responsible for the replacement costs of lost keys and damaged locks. Lost key replacement: R50 per key. Lock replacement: R500. Applicable charges are payable immediately. 2. CLEANLINESS & CARE OF THE PROPERTY 7. General Property Care Guests are kindly requested to treat Christi-Lue Villa with care and respect. The property must be maintained in a neat and tidy condition and left substantially as it was found upon arrival. 8. Cleaning Services Additional cleaning services are available upon request at R270 per day. Guests who do not request cleaning services are responsible for washing, drying and returning all dishes, utensils and kitchenware to their designated places. 9. Toilets and Plumbing Only toilet paper may be flushed down the toilets. Sanitary products, wet wipes, cotton buds, cigarette butts and other foreign objects must be disposed of in the bins provided. Guests may be held responsible for plumbing blockages or damage caused by improper use. 10. Water Conservation Please ensure that all taps are properly closed after use. We encourage responsible water consumption. 11. Electricity and Lights Please switch off lights when leaving rooms or when they are no longer required. 12. Towels and Clothing Please do not hang wet towels or clothing over beds or furniture. Bathroom towel rails are provided for this purpose.
