Offenders will be asked to leave. • No visitors between 22:00 and 06:00. Visitors may not park on the premises. • Only one vehicle is allowed per unit; extra parking must be arranged in advance. • Report any damages or broken items immediately. • Guests are liable for any damages caused by negligence. • Children are always the responsibility of parents/guardians. • Long-stay guests must allow weekly cleaning access. While we take every precaution to ensure your safety, we are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to persons or belongings. Guests are advised to secure insurance for valuables before arrival."
