Welcome to Oceanview Beach Escape! We want every guest to enjoy a relaxing and memorable stay. Please help us care for the property by following these house rules: Maximum Occupancy: A maximum of 6 guests (4 adults and 2 children) is permitted. Only registered guests are allowed on the property. No Visitors: For the safety and security of all residents, visitors who are not part of the confirmed booking are not permitted without prior approval. Check-in & Check-out: Please adhere to the agreed check-in and check-out times unless otherwise arranged. No Parties or Events: Parties, functions, excessive noise, and loud music are strictly prohibited. Quiet Hours: Please respect the neighbours and observe quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. No Smoking: Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the apartment. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas, and all cigarette butts must be disposed of responsibly. No Pets: Pets are not permitted. Care of the Property: Please treat the apartment, furniture, appliances, and décor with care. Any damage or breakages must be reported immediately. Self-Catering: As this is a self-catering holiday apartment, daily housekeeping is not provided. Please leave the apartment in a reasonably clean and tidy condition upon departure. Keys & Remote Controls: Lost keys, access tags, or remote controls may incur replacement charges. Security: Always lock doors and windows when leaving the apartment. The host cannot be held responsible for the loss of personal belongings. Illegal Activities: Any illegal activity, including the use of prohibited substances, is strictly forbidden and will result in immediate termination of the booking without a refund. Body Corporate Rules: Guests must comply with all complex and body corporate rules during their stay. Breakage Deposit: A refundable breakage deposit may be required. Any damages, missing items, or excessive cleaning costs may be deducted from the deposit.
