A Family and Friends Guesthouse - Suite 4

A Family and Friends Guesthouse is situated in the Bluff, Durban, an area well known for its coastal atmosphere and easy access to nearby beaches. From this location, a relaxed seaside stay is offered, with various local attractions and amenities positioned within close proximity. Accommodation is provided in a selection of suites that are each furnished with comfortable beds. The bathrooms are fitted with either a bath, a shower, or a shower and toilet only. Linen is provided in all units. Each suite is further equipped with a TV offering satellite channels and air-conditioning. On-site facilities include a splash pool and a sundeck, from which views of the sea and golf course can be enjoyed. A separate braai area is provided for each suite, and secure parking is available for up to 2 vehicles per suite. The guesthouse is also located within proximity to four shopping centres, allowing for convenient access to retail and dining options.

House rules

Guest House Rules 1) Check in time from 13:00 pm onwards, check out time is strictly 09:30 am. 2) No day visitors are allowed. Should you require extra guests above the booked amount, you can speak with management to make necessary arrangements as all extra guests will be charged accordingly. 3) All self-catering guests are to clean up after them-selves at all times including before departure leaving all facilities as clean as you found it. 4) Bed linen will be changed after a long stay of 14 days. Towels may not be used for the beach. 5) Be advised that when returning from the beach, all beach sand is to be rinsed off at the hose pipe or at the beach before you return. Do not rinse your feet in the pool or in the showers and baths to prevent plugages. 6) NO loud music, drugs or drunk and disorderly behavior will be tolerated on the premise as respect for others is a necessity. You may smoke outside the rooms or on the sundeck. 7) Note that nothing but toilet paper is to be flushed down the toilets; there are bins in the bathrooms for any other disposable products. 8) The splash pool is there for our guests to enjoy, we just ask that an adult be present with the children and that both gates are kept closed at all times. NO dive bombing will be allowed as this could cause injury. NO glass bottles/objects are permitted in the pool area. 9) Switch off all TVs, air cons or any lights as soon as you are finished using them or go out for the day. Room doors must be closed if the air-con is on. 10) Be advised that no cooking to be done on the day of departure as this will delay your check out time, which is strictly 09:30 am. 11) Note that while adults are cooking in the kitchen and dining room that we ask no children to be present until all cooking is done and everyone is ready to eat so that no one is hurt or burnt while cooking around hot appliances. 12) Ironing boards are provided in the rooms and irons on request. 13) When arriving early morning or late evening, keep the noise level down to a minimum. 14) The gate when opened is on a timer and will close after one minute. Only open gate when car has been started and ready to exit. 15) NO fireworks on premises or surrounding neighborhood. 16) If we all consider each other we know your stay will be a memorable and enjoyable one.
