Sea Breeze Cottage offers self-catering accommodation in Manaba Beach, Margate, an area well known for its coastal views, warm climate, family-friendly beaches, and proximity to shops, restaurants, and popular holiday attractions along the South Coast. The cottage comfortably accommodates 4 guests and comprises 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Bedroom 1 is furnished with a king-size bed, while Bedroom 2 is furnished with 2 single beds. Bathroom 1 is fitted with a shower, washbasin, and toilet, while Bathroom 2 is fitted with a bath, shower, washbasin, and toilet. Crisp linen and towels are provided. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, tea- and coffee-making facilities, necessary cutlery and crockery, an air fryer, breakfast bar with stools, and a fridge-freezer. A washing machine is also available for added convenience. A dining table and chairs are provided, leading to the lounge furnished with comfortable seating and a wall-mounted TV with DStv. Outside, guests can step onto the balcony offering uninterrupted sea views. Guests can make use of the gas braai or built-in braai facilities, with table and chairs available, creating an ideal spot to unwind and enjoy sundowners. Secure onsite parking is available.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND DISCLAIMER Welcome to Sea Breeze Cottage We trust that your stay will be pleasant and relaxing. To ensure the safety, comfort, and privacy of all guests and residents of Del Esté, we kindly request that you comply with the following Terms and Conditions. 1. General Terms and Conditions • The unit is reserved exclusively for the number of guests specified in the booking. No unauthorised visitors or overnight guests are permitted. • Check-in and check-out times must be observed unless otherwise arranged in writing with the owner. • The unit and all its contents must be treated with care. • Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the unit. • No pets are allowed. • Furniture, linen, kitchen equipment, or any other items may not be removed from the unit or the property. • Vehicles may only be parked in the designated parking bay. • Guests are requested to respect the privacy and rights of residents and guests in neighbouring units at all times. • Any damage, breakages, loss, or malfunction of equipment must be reported to the owner immediately. • Guests will be held liable for any damage caused through negligence or intentional misconduct. 2. Noise and Conduct • Del Esté is a residential complex where peace is valued and respected. • Guests are requested to always keep noise to a minimum. • Loud music, parties, and disruptive behaviour are strictly prohibited. • Residents and their guests must keep noise levels down between 21h00 and 10h00. Repeat offences will result in monetary penalties being imposed. • A monetary fine of R500 per incident will be levied for excessive noise which causes disturbance to other residents. • Motor hooters may not be used within the complex unless for averting • Guests must comply with the Del Esté Body Corporate Conduct Rules at all times. • If excessive noise or unacceptable behaviour continues after a warning, the owner reserves the right to terminate the booking without a refund. • Any complaints regarding excessive noise may be reported to the owner: Maretha Rossouw 082 802 9034 3. Safety • Guests are responsible for the safekeeping of their personal belongings. • Please ensure that all doors and windows are securely locked whenever you leave the unit. • The owner accepts no responsibility for the loss or theft of money, jewellery, vehicles, or any other personal property. • Children must always be supervised by a responsible adult. 4. Disclaimer All facilities and common areas are used entirely at the guest's own risk. The guest, together with any person forming part of the booking or visiting the unit, acknowledges and agrees that occupancy of, and use of the premises and facilities, is entirely at their own risk.
