Perna Perna 20 is a self-catering apartment located in the heart of Umdloti, offering guests direct beach access and gorgeous ocean views.This air-conditioned apartment can accommodate 6 guests and comprises 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The first bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, while the second and third bedrooms are each furnished with 2 single beds. Linen and bath towels are provided.The unit features a spacious open-plan living area furnished with comfortable seating and a TV, along with a fully equipped kitchen that includes a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, and dishwasher. Please return all keys upon departure. 🏠 General House Rules 👥 Maximum occupancy: 6 registered guests. 🐾 No pets are permitted. 🚭 No smoking or vaping inside the property, including cigarettes, e-cigarettes and hubbly bubbly. 🔇 Quiet hours: 22:00 – 08:00. Please keep noise to a minimum and refrain from playing loud music. 🎉 No parties are permitted. 🚫 No illegal substances are allowed on the premises. 🛋️ Please do not rearrange or move furniture. 💰 Guests are responsible for any damages caused during their stay. 🏘️ The property is situated in a body corporate-managed complex. All complex rules must be followed to avoid possible fines. 🚗 Please park considerately and respect other residents' parking spaces. 🔥 Braai & Outdoor Areas 🍖 Charcoal and wood braais are not permitted on patios, balconies or lawns.
