Smiths Cottage Self Catering

Smiths Cottage is a lovely self-catering holiday flatlet with a private entrance on the owner’s property in the heart of Umgeni Heights, Durban North. This is a great option for a small family getaway as the property has an inviting swimming pool which is great for the summer. This cottage can comfortably accommodate 5 guests at a time as it comprises 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and the second bedroom contains 2 single beds. A shower-over-bath, washbasin and toilet are available in the bathroom. All linen and bath towels are provided; however, guests are required to bring their own swimming towels. The linen and towels are changed after 3rd night stay. The open-plan living area features a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery and crockery as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities provided upon arrival, but are not replenished. Leading from the kitchen is a breakfast bar with stools as well as a lounge with comfortable seating and an extra single bed. For guests’ entertainment, a TV and free Wi-Fi are available. Outside there is a private covered patio with a table and chairs as well as braai facilities. Guests have full access to the shared swimming pool on the property to cool off on those hot summer days. Parking is secure on the property.

House rules

No parties are or loud music allowed on property. We are situated in quiet safe neighborhood and must respect our neighbors and other guests. Quiet time is from 10 pm to 8 am every day. Visitors are not allowed only paying guests can stay on the property.
