Topanga 63

Topanga 63 is a charming self-catering apartment ideally located within walking distance of Uvongo Waterfall and offers beautiful views of Uvongo Beach. This apartment can accommodate 4 guests and comprises 2 bedrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a king-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower and toilet. The second bedroom has a double bed and also features an en-suite bathroom with a toilet and a bath with an overhead shower. Linen and bath towels are provided. The open-plan living area features a well-equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, microwave, kettle, fridge-freezer, cutlery, and crockery, as well as a washing machine and a breakfast bar with stools. Leading from the kitchen is a lounge with a comfortable L-shaped couch and a wall-mounted TV. Free Wi-Fi access is available. Guests can enjoy meals on the furnished balcony complete with a compact braai. Additionally, secure parking is provided, and guests have access to the communal swimming pool. For those looking to explore the area, Uvongo Pier and Lilliecrona Park are 1.4 km away.

Failure to comply with the noise regulations may result in an independant security company requesting that you vacate the premises, with all payments made being forfeited. Futhermore, should the owners receive any fines or formal complaints from the ONSITE CARETAKER due to non-compliance with the complex rules, your Refundable breakage deposit may be used to cover such fines. We take pride in our apartment and kindly request that you treat and respect it with the same care that we do. Please ensure that the unit is left in a clean and respectable condition upon departure. We only have three hours between reservations to clean and change linen Should the unit not be left in a respectable condition, we reserve the right to withold all or a portion of the Refundable Damage Deposit to cover the cost of additional cleaning assistance required to prepare the unit for the next check in. Smoking is strictly permitted only at the back of the unit, in the designated braai area. In consideration of all guests comfort please be mindful of noise levels at all times. Kindly note that no noise is permitted after 10h00 pm. Please only park in your designated parking bay. Due to the parking being shared parking and narrow, please be vigilant not to bump the cars next to you when opening your car door. For your own safety, please keep bicycles, sports equipment, and valuables inside the unit or on the enclosed patio to prevent theft or damage. Please note that no washing or towels may be hung over balconies, chairs or garden areas, or parking areas. Washing may only be hung on a drying rack on the balcony/patio. If you are renting more than one unit, please do not move utensils, crockery, cutlery, or furniture between units, as each unit is individually owned and equipped. Please note that owners are fined R500 per violation. Any such fines during your stay will be payable by the guest, and the agent reserves the right to withold the full or a portion of the Refundable Damage Deposit to cover the costs.
