Sagittarius 201 @ Westwood Skye is a charming self-catering house situated in Westwood Lodge, Durban, amongst other units, an area best known for its beaches, scenic routes, variety of restaurants, and iconic attractions which include uShaka Marine World, Durban Botanical Gardens, and Umgeni River Bird Park. This house can accommodate 10 guests and comprises 5 bedrooms and 5 en-suite bathrooms and is ideal for family getaways, corporate rentals, and long and short-term stays. The main and second bedrooms are each furnished with a king-size bed, while the third, fourth, and fifth bedrooms each have 2 single beds. The en-suite bathrooms are fitted with showers, basins, and toilets. Linen and towels are provided. The kitchen is open-plan to the lounge and equipped with a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave, basic cutlery, crockery, and tea- and coffee-making facilities. It opens up to a dining area and expands to the lounge furnished with comfy couches and a TV with DStv. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available. This unit features its own entrance and a private braai area, offering guests a relaxing space to unwind. On-site facilities include secure parking with 24-hour security, and guests are welcome to enjoy available activities, including access to a communal swimming pool and clubhouse.

Westwood Skye – House Rules for Guests To help us keep our estate safe and pleasant for everyone (including our lovely neighbours), we kindly ask all guests to strictly observe the following estate guidelines during their stay: No Parties or Loud Music: To preserve the peaceful environment, parties, social gatherings, and loud music are strictly not permitted at any time. Keep Noise Mindful: Please keep noise levels to normal, everyday household levels at all times. Quiet Hours: We observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM onwards. Please ensure your conversations and activities are kept quiet after this time so everyone can enjoy a peaceful night's rest. No Pets: To ensure the comfort of all current and future guests, we unfortunately have a strict no pets allowed policy. Alcohol in Moderation: Please keep any alcohol consumption moderate and confined strictly to the inside of your unit. Excessive drinking and drinking in public estate areas are strictly prohibited. Registered Guests Only: To maintain the strict estate security, only guests who are officially registered and resident at our lodge are permitted entry through the security boom gate. Unregistered visitors are unfortunately not allowed access. We truly appreciate your understanding, respect, and cooperation in keeping Westwood Skye a wonderful place to stay.
