We look forward to welcoming you to our pet-friendly coastal accommodation! To make your stay as pleasant as possible, we would like to share the following useful information. ⏰ Arrivals and Departures Clock-in: 14:00 – 20:00 Clock-out: Before 10:00 🚭 Smoking policy All units are strictly non-smoking. 🐾 Pets Welcome We pride ourselves on being a pet-friendly company. When you book, please let us know: - Your pet's breed - How many pets come along (No large and "powerbreed" woofs) - Whether they are friendly to other animals or not. Important Information: - Please bring your own bedding or covers for the chairs if your pet sleeps on them. - Each owner is responsible for cleaning up their pet's waste. - A poop scoop and waste bags are provided. - Waste can be disposed of in the black bin at the entrance gate. - Do not lock pets alone in the unit. Please note: There are other dogs on the property that roam freely. If you are not comfortable with this, Mattaniah may not be the ideal accommodation for you. 🏊 Pool use Our swimming pool is available for guests' use and enjoyment. For everyone's safety: - Use the pool at your own risk. - Children under 15 years of age must be accompanied by an adult. - No diving is allowed. - No eating or drinking in the pool. - No parties or loud noise at the pool. - No swimming after sunset. - Please rinse off beach sand before using the pool. - Do not touch the pool pump or chlorine container. Failure to comply with the pool rules may result in restriction of pool access and/or fines. 🚪 Entrance gate Access is accessed via your mobile phone. Important Tips: - Make sure you have airtime on your phone. - The gate must be opened and closed. - There is no automatic sensor. - Admission is available from 14:00 on the day of arrival until 10:00 on the day of departure. 🧳 What to bring Our units are self-catering, so we recommend that you bring the following: - Groceries - Tea, coffee and refreshments - Toilet paper and personal toiletries - Towels - Clothing and personal supplies 💳 Payment All payments must be received in full prior to arrival and reflected in our account. Please note that we do not have card payment facilities available. 📅 Postponement of Bookings We understand that circumstances sometimes change. - One postponement per discussion is allowed. - Deferral is subject to availability. - The new discussion must take place within six months of the original date. - In case of serious illness or death, special consideration may be given with appropriate evidence. 🔑 Departure Procedure Before you leave, we kindly request that you do the following: - Leave the unit open when you leave. - Place all garbage bags in the trolley bin at the gate.
