51 Carrington Way is a luxurious self-catering house located in Kimberley, accommodating 8 guests with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath and shower. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and en-suite shower. The third bedroom has 2 single beds and an en-suite shower, while the fourth bedroom has 2 single beds and shares a guest bathroom fitted with a bath and shower. Linen and towels are provided. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave, cutlery, crockery, and tea and coffee-making facilities, with a washing machine, tumble dryer, and dishwasher. It extends to the dining area and opens to the lounge with comfy seating and a TV. Full DStv is available and complimentary Wi-Fi is provided. Outside, guests can enjoy the swimming pool, braai facilities, and secure parking.

No unregistered visitors are permitted without prior approval. Guests are requested to use only the bedrooms allocated for the number of guests booked. Unused rooms should not be occupied. Additional cleaning fees may be charged if extra rooms are used without prior arrangement. 🚭 Strictly no smoking inside the house. 🎉 No parties, events or functions are allowed. 🔇 Please respect our neighbours by keeping noise to a minimum. 🚗 Secure parking is available for 2 vehicles inside the property. 🐾 No pets are allowed unless agreed to in writing before arrival. 🧹 Please leave the property in a neat condition. Excessive cleaning, damages or missing items may result in additional charges. 🔑 Lost keys, gate remotes or access devices will be charged for at replacement cost. ⚠️ Guests are responsible for any damages caused during their stay and must report any breakages immediately. 🏊 The swimming pool is used entirely at guests' own risk. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. 🔥 The braai area may be used responsibly. Please ensure all fires are extinguished after use. ❌ Illegal activities of any kind are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of the booking without refund.
