Coastal Getaway

Coastal Getaway is situated in Table View, Cape Town, close to the main routes and 600m from Bloubergstrand and other amenities for your convenience. The unit comprises a 1 bedroom furnished with a double bed with an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet, and basin. The open-plan living area offers a fully equipped kitchen with a Gas stove, oven, cutlery, crockery, utensils, toaster, microwave, kettle, fridge-freezer, and a breakfast table that flows to the lounge, which is furnished with comfortable seating, a smart TV , and Wi-Fi for your entertainment. The lounge walks out onto a balcony, where you can enjoy your morning coffee or a sundowner. Guests can enjoy the secure parking and stroll to the beach or the local restaurants offering ocean views.

House rules

1. Check-in & Check-out o Check-in: 14:00 – 19:00 o Check-out: 10:00 (Late check-out may be possible upon request and subject to availability). 2. No Smoking 🚭. 3. No Parties or Events 🎉Please be mindful of neighbors and keep noise levels low after 22:00. 4. No Pets 🐾 5. Maximum Occupancy 👥 6. Respect for Property 7. Cleanliness ✨ o Place all used towels in the bathroom (you can leave them on the floor). o Kindly avoid leaving garbage bags outside the apartment door. 8. Security 🔑 o Always lock doors and windows when leaving the apartment. o Do not share access codes or keys with anyone outside your group. o Please take care of the keys and remote. A replacement fee of R1000 will apply if lost, as all locks will need to be changed. 9. Utilities & Safety o Switch off lights and appliances when not in use. o Open flames, including candles, are not permitted inside the apartment. 10. Designated parking spot. Please only park in your designated bay.
