Mountain View

Mountain View is situated in Bloubergstrand, Cape Town, close to main routes, 100m from the beach. The apartment comprises a bedroom furnished with a queen-size bed and an extra single mattress with an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, bath, toilet, and basin. The open-plan living area offers a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, cutlery, crockery, utensils, kettle, microwave, fridge-freezer, washing machine, and a breakfast counter that flows to the lounge area, which is furnished with comfortable seating, a TV with streaming options, and Wi-Fi. The lounge has a beautiful view of Table Mountain and the ocean. Guests can enjoy the communal swimming pool and braai area, and secure parking.

1. Check-in & Check-out o Check-in: 14:00 – 19:00 o Check-out: 10:00 (Late check-out may be possible upon request and subject to availability). 2. No Smoking 🚭. 3. No Parties or Events 🎉Please be mindful of neighbors and keep noise levels low after 22:00. 4. No Pets 🐾 5. Maximum Occupancy 👥 6. Respect for Property 7. Cleanliness ✨ o Place all used towels in the bathroom (you can leave them on the floor). o Kindly avoid leaving garbage bags outside the apartment door. 8. Security 🔑 o Always lock doors and windows when leaving the apartment. o Do not share access codes or keys with anyone outside your group. o Please take care of the keys and remote. A replacement fee of R1000 will apply if lost, as all locks will need to be changed. 9. Utilities & Safety o Switch off lights and appliances when not in use. o Open flames, including candles, are not permitted inside the apartment. 10. Designated parking spot. Please only park in your designated bay.
