With its soft blue shutters, rustic whitewashed walls, and warm wooden accents, this charming home offers a welcoming blend of simplicity, character, and comfort. The property includes By Grace as the main private house, along with a completely separate apartment on the premises that is permanently occupied. The apartment has its own facilities and does not share any indoor or outdoor living spaces with the main house, ensuring your privacy throughout your stay. The home accommodates 4 guests and comprises 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath. The second bedroom has 2 single beds. The second bathroom is fitted with a shower. The open-plan living space includes a lounge with comfortable couches and a TV with Netflix, as well as a dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge-freezer, gas stove, oven, air fryer, microwave and dishwasher. A built-in braai adds convenience for all-weather cooking and entertaining. From both the dining and living areas, double doors open onto a lovely outdoor seating area, creating a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor living. A short staircase leads up to a covered upper-level deck with additional seating and beautiful ocean views. Guests have access to free Wi-Fi and off-street covered parking. By Grace is conveniently located just a short drive from local shops.

By accepting this quote, you agree to complete our guest information form and provide a copy of your ID. Please note: The breakage deposit is payable two weeks prior to check-in. Occupancy and Conduct: Please respect the neighbours; no parties, loud music, or excessive noise are allowed. Only guests included in the booking may use the house and its facilities; no day visitors are permitted. Non-compliance may result in immediate eviction without a refund and the loss of your breakage deposit. Note: Only the number of bedrooms booked will be made available for use; the remaining bedrooms will be locked. Pet Policy: Up to 2 well-behaved pets are welcome by prior arrangement. Pets may never be left alone on the premises, must be leashed outside the property, and may not disturb neighbours. Pets are strictly not allowed on furniture or beds; please bring your own pet beds and bowls. It will be appreciated if the only things you leave behind are good memories, not hair in the house or "surprises" in the garden. Please note that any additional cleaning, laundry, or repair costs resulting from pets will be for the guest's account and deducted from the breakage deposit. No Smoking: The house is strictly smoke-free (including vaping). If any smoke odours or signs are detected inside, the full breakage deposit will be forfeited. Cleaning: Please wash and pack away all dishes before departure to avoid an additional cleaning fee. Breakage Deposit: The host reserves the right to use the deposit for repair or replacement costs of broken or missing items, damaged/stained linen or towels, or if the property is left dirty. If the Pet Policy is not followed, the deposit will be withheld to cover professional cleaning or laundry. Refunds are processed within 14 days of checkout. The primary guest remains liable for any costs exceeding the deposit amount. Remember to bring: Your own beach towels, toiletries, extra toilet paper, cleaning supplies, and extra refuse bags. Liability: The property owner and manager are not responsible for any injury, death, loss, damage, or theft to any person or their property, including any items left behind.
