House rules

Check-in from 14:00. Check out by 10:00. A fee of R500 per hour applies for late check-out. Guests are responsible for any damage to the property, including bedding, towels, furniture, electronics, the hot tub, pool, cutlery, and crockery. No pets are allowed. Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited. A penalty of R1,000 will apply if smoking indoors is detected. Pool hours: 08:00 – 20:00. Children under 12 must not be left unattended at the pool. There is no lifeguard, pool net, or pool gates. Breakfast and food baskets must be ordered at least 48 hours before check-in. Breakfast is served between 8-10am with last sit down at 09:30. If you wish to have breakfast from 9am, please check out of your unit and then join us for a relaxing breakfast. No visitors are allowed. Parking is not permitted on grassed areas. Noise should be kept to a minimum between 22:00 and 08:00. Security cameras monitor common outdoor areas. Parties: No parties allowed Security: Please lock all doors at night and when you leave the premises during your stay. Please lock all doors once you check out. You can let Chantalle know if you would like us to switch on the alarm beams at night. Water and electricity: Please use water and electricity sparingly during your stay. Gas geyser: This unit has a gas geyser, open warm tap first and regulate temperature with the cold water Septic tank: Please do not flush items other than toilet paper down the toilet.
