Otium Oasis Glamping & Camping in Tesselaarsdal offers fully fitted luxury tents with private bathrooms, balconies, and garden views. Each tent includes a kitchenette, dining area, and modern amenities. Guests enjoy a swimming pool with a view, and get to interact with our resident Zebra, Alpaca, to name a few, whilst admiring our Springbok from a distance . Additional facilities include an outdoor Boma with fire pit, Braai stand, hot tub, and children’s playground. Free on-site private parking and bicycle parking are available. Convenient Location: Located 126 km from Cape Town International Airport, the property is 30 km from Caledon Nature Reserve and 43 km from Fernkloof Nature Reserve in Hermanus. Hiking and cycling activities are nearby.

INDEMNITY By entering this facility, you agree to the rules and regulations of Otium Oasis Glamping & Camping. We retain the right to ask you to leave immediately without refund, should you refuse to adhere thereto. All persons entering Otium Oasis do so at their own risk. The Owners and Staff shall not be held liable for any damage, theft, loss, accident, injury or death suffered by any person whatsoever. General Rules and Housekeeping: 1. No pets allowed. 2.We will not tolerate any fighting or swearing. You will be asked to leave immediately. 3. No loud music unless you have booked the whole establishment. Quiet time at 22:00 4.No smoking in the tents and Tipis. Ashtrays are provided outside the glamping tents. Do not drop your butts everywhere. 5.No fireworks of any kind. 6.No damage allowed to any of the plants or animals. No breaking of the ant heaps, plants, trees or killing of scorpions, lizards etc. 7.Please DO NOT approach the free roaming springbuck. Any death as a result of them running and breaking necks will be immediately redemptory by means of cash settlement. 8.No rocks, stones, sticks to be thrown into the fishpond. 9.Children must be supervised around pool and play areas as well as the animals. 10.No screaming or shouting near the animals. 11.Do not use the white towels in Alpaca Tent to remove your make up (ladies) 12.Do not use bath towels for the hot tub. 13. When in use and heated, please ensure that the hot tub’s stove lid is placed on the ground and not the tub. It will melt. 14.Do not use the dish cloths at the fire pit. 15.For your safety no glasses or glass containers near the pool and play area 16.Please keep shared ablutions neat and tidy in the campsite. 17.Absolutely no fires outside the fire pits. 18.No refunds for early departure Housekeeping: 1.Please put out your fire before leaving your braai area. 2.Note that the perimeter fence is electrified. 3.You are welcome to feed the animals – only carrots and apples please. 4.Please leave your tents as neat and clean as you have found it. General servicing can be arranged. 5.Please report any broken or damaged items to us before departure. Damages will be paid for immediately.
